The 2019 Ballots for the upcoming Board of Directors Election have been mailed to all Property Owners. Click
here if you would like to view the ballot in advance. All ballots must be returned before the Annual General Meeting on Sunday, December 8th, 2019. We prefer to receive the completed ballots as soon as possible to establish a quorum. The meeting will be held at the Clarkesville United Methodist Church community room on Washington Street in Clarkesville, GA. The meeting will begin at 3:00 PM. You may return your ballot via email to opoa2@windstream.net, via the USPS using the envelope provided with the ballot (please apply postage), via fax at 706-754-5310 or by dropping off your ballot in the mail slot at the OPOA office.
